Our driver will arrive at the address indicated in the booking 15 minutes before the scheduled time. You will appear at the hotel at reception asking for your name and booking number. Please contact us at least 12 hours before the service to communicate the exact time of your pick up. At the airport he will meet you at the Limo Service Meeting Point with a sign in your name. At Termini station you will be waiting at the exit of platform 1 near the pharmacy with a name sign. At the Tiburtina station at the exit where there are taxis with a name sign. When you are ready to leave he will help you with your luggage and following the fastest route will transport you to the port of Civitavecchia where there is your ship waiting for you. Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.
