Meeting and pickup
Your pickup details and meeting point will be confirmed before the service.
For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup accordingly in case of delays. After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Arrivals Hall, where your driver or representative will be waiting with a name sign.
For cruise port pickups, please proceed to the exit of your designated cruise terminal. For hotels and private addresses, your driver will meet you at the confirmed pickup location.
Please ensure that your contact details are correct and that your phone is available on the day of travel in case our team or driver needs to contact you.
If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact us before leaving the meeting point or arranging alternative transportation.

What to expect
Please provide a valid mobile phone number and accurate pickup and drop-off details when booking. Keep your phone switched on and available on the day of travel, as our team or driver may contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp if needed.
For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup will be adjusted according to the updated arrival time.

After landing, proceed normally through passport control, when applicable, and collect your luggage.
Once you have your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver or a member of our airport host team will be waiting inside the terminal, before the airport exit, holding a name sign.
Please do not leave the terminal before meeting our representative.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands. If you experience an unusually long delay at passport control, immigration or baggage reclaim, please contact us whenever possible.
Cruise port pickups: __________________
After disembarking and collecting your luggage, proceed to the exit of your designated cruise terminal.
Your driver will meet you at the agreed meeting point with a name sign. Please keep your phone available in case coordination is required due to terminal access or disembarkation procedures.
Hotel or private address pickups: _________
Your driver will meet you directly at the confirmed hotel, accommodation or private address.
Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Hotel and address pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time, and our drivers normally arrive a few minutes in advance.

Once you meet your driver, they will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.

Each passenger may travel with one standard suitcase and one personal item. If you are travelling with additional, oversized or special luggage, please provide this information when booking so that a suitable vehicle can be assigned.

Once everyone is comfortably on board, your driver will take you directly to your booked destination.
At drop-off, your driver will assist with your luggage and ensure you are left at the designated airport terminal, cruise terminal, hotel or address.
