For airport pick-ups at Lisbon Airport, you don’t need to worry about flight delays. Our drivers track your flight in real-time and will adjust to any schedule changes. The pick-up location at the airport is in the "Meeting Point" area, where our driver or hostess will be waiting to assist you. For pick-ups from hotels or private addresses, our drivers arrive early to ensure a smooth experience and offer assistance with your luggage. We are committed to providing a seamless and stress-free service from start to finish. Take your time and relax. Our Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting time, when your flight arrives at Lisbon (on-time or delayed). Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned and non-smoking vehicles. Enjoy our services that are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Welcome to Portugal!
What to expect
At Lisbon Airport, our Hostess or Driver will greet you at the Arrival Hall with a nameplate and escort you to your vehicle. For hotel or address pick-ups, our drivers arrive early to assist with your luggage.
For smooth communication, please provide your phone number when booking and keep it on upon arrival. Our driver will contact you once you land.
This service includes flight tracking and a 1-hour free waiting time after your flight arrives. For non-airport pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes of waiting from the scheduled pick-up time.
Each passenger is permitted one suitcase and one personal item. If you have extra luggage, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate it.
Infant seats are available upon request during booking (extra charges may apply).
