As this is a door-to-door private service, it is important that travelers clearly specify their pickup and drop-off locations at the time of booking to ensure a smooth and punctual experience.
For arrivals at Lisbon Airport (LIS), after collecting your luggage, please proceed to the arrivals meeting point, where you will be welcomed by our representative or chauffeur holding a personalized name sign and escorted to your private vehicle.
For departure transfers, your professional chauffeur will pick you up directly at the selected location at the scheduled time.
All services are fully private and include schedule monitoring for a comfortable, reliable, and stress-free journey.
What to expect
After booking, travelers must clearly specify their pickup and drop-off locations, as well as the preferred transfer option (arrival, departure, or round-trip). Once confirmed, a professional chauffeur is assigned to the service.
For departure transfers, the chauffeur will pick you up directly at your selected location at the scheduled time. Travel time typically ranges between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. To ensure a stress-free experience, we recommend scheduling the pickup at least 3 hours before flight departure.
If needed, travelers may provide their flight number so the appropriate airport terminal can be confirmed in advance.
For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute complimentary waiting time is included, starting from the scheduled pickup time.
The service concludes with a comfortable drop-off at the designated airport terminal or chosen destination.
