What to expect

For the ones curious about nature and history through time, this is an interesting walking activity. A visit at one of the oldest monasteries in South of Albania, St. George Monastery, gorgeous view of Butrinti lake, Ionian Sea and Corfu island.
The walk continues to close to the communist bunkers, heavy anti-aircraft artillery used to be hidden in case of an attack during communist period.
Now used by locals for totally a different purposes but still in the walls can be seen some of the instructions how to use the artillery.
