Let’s make chewy sesame seed tofu (Ingredients: grated sesame seeds, Kuzu starch, salt and water). It is served with wasabi and soy sauce.

Sticky barley rice
Normal rice is cooked with sticky barley rice.
Our meeting location is JR Ibaraki station which is 15 min away from Osaka station, and 20 min away from Kyoto station). We’ll meet in front of the gate (there is only one gate at JR Ibaraki station).
