Welcome to our Coffee Brewing Experience in the heart of Costa Rica! In just four exciting hours, you’ll explore the world of specialty coffee and master three iconic brewing methods—hands-on, fun, and delicious.

We’ll kick off with a warm welcome and an intro to roasting, showing how different roasts unlock unique flavors. Then dive into the French Press, creating a bold, full-bodied cup you’ll brew yourself.

Next, discover the elegance of the Chemex—a precise pour-over that delivers clean, aromatic coffee. With expert guidance, you’ll learn the art of the perfect pour.

After a tasty lunch break, step into tradition with the Café Chorreado, Costa Rica’s beloved brewing method. Using a wooden stand and cloth filter, you’ll craft a smooth, authentic cup treasured for generations.

We’ll close with a friendly Q&A, time for photos, and plenty of memories. You’ll leave inspired, energized, and with a brand-new appreciation for every cup you drink!

What to expect

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and introduction to roasting, learning how each roast pairs with different brewing styles.

First, explore the French Press—a simple method for a bold, full-bodied cup. Discover the ideal grind, water temperature, and steep time, then brew your own.

Next, the elegant Chemex, a pour-over that highlights clarity and aroma. With a gooseneck kettle and precise pouring, you’ll craft a clean, balanced brew.

After a tasty lunch break, experience Costa Rica’s traditional Café Chorreado, using a wooden stand and cloth filter to create a smooth, authentic cup.

We’ll wrap up with a friendly Q&A, photos, and memories to take home—along with a new appreciation for every sip!
