You book your reservation. Very shortly after a representative from Napa Valley SUV will contact you to help plan out your winery stops and lunch or picnic destinations. Some clients already know exactly what wineries they want to visit and that's great but we will be happy to help plan your itinerary upon request. We at Napa Valley SUV have 30 experience and knowledge of the best most memorable locations in either Napa or Sonoma. There is always a live person to answer your phone calls or emails regarding your fantastic upcoming day. Your driver will arrive at the designated pickup location on time every time. You will get a spotless clean, safe SUV with plenty of bottled waters on board. The driver knows where to go and what to do to ensure your day goes perfectly. You can always extend your time if needed. Simply inform the driver if you wish to go overtime and the driver will to happy to continue providing excellent service to you and your party. The client has the option to be dropped of at the same pickup location or they can choose a different drop off location as well. Have a Great Day
