What to expect
Itinerary
You will learn to prevent and manage problems in the water. You will also learn to become a better buddy by practicing problem-solving skills until they become second nature.
This course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond.

- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor.
- Advanced Open Water Diver PADI certification or equivalent
