What to expect

Itinerary: we start with the UNESCO site of Count Andrássy’s prestigious Avenue that holds numerous gems along its way and ends in the embrace of the monumental Heroes Square and the magical City Park. We'll see Budapest's fairytale castle, the Vajdahunyad Castle and the biggest bath, too. Later around the Opera House we’ll expose the infamous stories of Hungarian musical giants like Franz Liszt, Béla Bartók, and Zoltán Kodály.

Then we take you to one of the most visited attractions of Budapest, the St. Stephen’s Basilica, where we have the chance to discuss about Christianity and the earlier beliefs of Hungarians.

We’ll also guide you through the most turbulent periods of Hungarian history from revolutions to peace, and from peace to terror what the 20th century brought to us. On the Liberty Square the devil is in the detail. Nevertheless the most remarkable creation of Pest is the Parliament Building, which we’ll be delighted to show you and tell the story of.
