    The Great Wall at Badaling

    At 8:30 am, the tour guide will meet you at your downtown hotel lobby and escort you to have an amazing day trip in Beijing. Firstly drive around 1.5 hours to visit the Badaling Great Wall - a wonder created by Chinese people and a must see for worldwide tourists, this section is the most representative section and definitely worth a visit. Hike up the ancient wall, appreciate beacon towers lying at some advantageous strategic forts, and learn how this great man-made project was built. Later have a break and enjoy lunch at a local nice restaurant. In the afternoon, choose your preferred one site from the most flexible tour options to continue the sightseeing, like 1. Summer Palace 2. Temple of Heaven 3. Lama Temple & Hutong Tour by Rickshaw 4. Olympic Park, outside visit of Bird's Nest & Water Cube 5. Ming Tombs & Sacred Way 6. Forbidden City (Closed on Monday).
