Monteverde has a variable climate that has helped produce extremely high biodiversity. This in itself is the reason why Monteverde is so popular, to the point that it has been hailed as one of the most outstanding wildlife sanctuaries in the world. This diverse life system consists of more than 2,500 species of plants, more than 100 species of mammals, more than 400 species of birds, 120 species of reptiles and amphibians, and thousands of insects; really a whole world by itself. In this experience you will be able to enjoy a cable car ride over 200 meters high, a zip line tour classified as one of the best in the world and a walk over the hanging bridges of Monteverde with panoramic views of the forest.
