We have private access to a secluded section of the Western Water Pocket Fold of Capitol Reef National Park. We offer a loop trail system so we don't see the same views tice. Our horses love what they do and are very well cared for. Your guides will give you some unique background on the area, it's human history and geologic background.

Please pull into the Capitol Reef Resort Property. Right as you pull in there is a gravel parking lot next to the large Tipi that is built on a wood frame. Please park there. Then walk down the hill to the horse corrals. You will be able to see the corrals from the parking area.

What to expect

Experience a trail ride you will remember for a lifetime and talk about for years to come. Our 1-hour horse ride packs in many highlights in our 60 minute ride. We will tour the western water pocket fold of Capitol Reef National Park on horseback, pass by the Red Bluff, Meeks Mesa and go through many washes – no experience necessary!
