This is a grounded, approachable meditation experience held outdoors among the red rocks, designed for people who are curious about Sedona’s vortex energy but don’t want anything overly “out there.” You’ll be guided in a way that’s clear, real, and easy to step into—whether you’ve meditated before or not.
Your guide, Michele, has been teaching meditation since 2014 and has lived in Sedona for over 20 years. Her background in science and education brings a practical, down-to-earth perspective that helps make the experience both meaningful and accessible.
Rather than a tour or lecture, this is a chance to slow down, connect with the landscape, and experience meditation in a way that feels natural and personal.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more present, and with a simple understanding of how to continue the experience on your own.
Unless otherwise arranged, we will meet at the Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park in west Sedona. Follow the gravel driveway to the parking lot on the right and we'll meet you there by my dark blue Honda CRV at the start time.
