Set among Sedona’s red rocks, this outdoor meditation experience introduces the seven chakras as a simple framework for understanding different aspects of your physical and emotional experience. Rather than something abstract, you’ll be guided to notice how this approach feels in your own body.

Your guide, Michele, has been teaching meditation since 2014 and has lived in Sedona for over 20 years. With a background in science and education, she brings a practical, down-to-earth perspective that helps make this work approachable and real.

This isn’t a lecture or a highly technical workshop—it’s a guided experience. You’ll have the chance to slow down, tune in, and explore what helps you feel more balanced, clear, and connected.

Many guests come in unsure about chakras and leave with a better understanding—and a direct experience of what works for them.

What to expect

Curious about chakras—but not sure what they actually mean or how to work with them?

This is a grounded, approachable way to explore them for yourself.

We’ll meet in a quiet red rock setting and begin by slowing down—helping you settle in, connect with the landscape, and arrive fully into the experience.

From there, I’ll introduce a simple, practical way to understand the chakras—not as something abstract, but as a way to tune into different aspects of your physical and emotional experience.

You’ll be guided through a short mindfulness practice to help you connect with your body and set a clear intention. I’ll also share a few key principles that can make meditation feel easier and more effective.

We’ll then move into a guided meditation that brings gentle awareness to each of the seven chakras—giving you a direct, personal experience of how this approach can feel.

You’ll leave feeling more centered, more connected to yourself, and with tools you can continue using on your own.

No prior experience with meditation or chakras is needed.
