We will spend the entire tour driving through Grand Teton National Park, observing wildlife and stopping for incredible mountain views. You will see the Teton mountains, the Snake River, and the historic Moulton Barns. exceptional four-hour excursions focused on wildlife, mountain scenery, and historic landmarks in Grand Teton National Park. This is the best tour for visitors who are short on time or budget but want to see the most of Grand Teton National Park. Offered dawn or dusk - year round. Email or call to confirm start times, but typical times are 7am-11am and 5-9pm in the Spring and Summer, and 8am-12pm and 1-5pm in the Winter. 2National Elk Refuge
On Winter Tours (November to April) we visit the National Elk Refuge just north of the town of Jackson. There are thousands of elk on the refuge and the local wolves follow their preferred down out of the mountains. This is the best time to see wolves in Jackson Hole. The refuge is also the winter home of the Jackson herd of big horn sheep. During their December rut the rams put on a quite a show head-butting each other to win the right to mate with the ewes.
