During this guided tour, we will take a pleasant walk through the pasture and explore a traditional slaughterhouse in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena, where you will learn first-hand the techniques of making and curing ham, from the arrival of the free-range Iberian pigs to the final result.

We will be waiting for you to begin our route to the Sierra de Aracena at our visitor centre, right at the entrance to the centre of Seville. Our guide-driver will be waiting for you with the van right at the door with a white awning with our company logo.

    Seville

    We will depart from the capital of Seville towards the incredible Sierra de Aracena with its pastures and oak forests.

    The first part of the visit we propose lasts approximately 60 minutes. A local guide will accompany you along the entire path that runs through the pasture until you reach the farm where the Iberian pigs are kept in freedom, giving a detailed interpretation of the route with respect to the flora and fauna that can be found.

    In this second part, also lasting approximately 60 minutes, we will take a tour of the different rooms in our ham and sausage factory, including the natural drying room for hams and shoulders that we can find on the top floor. You will be able to see how our pork products are made in an artisanal way and what the curing process of our hams and shoulders is like.

    The visit ends with a tasting of our best cured products such as acorn-fed Iberian ham accompanied by a good glass of "Marqués de Aracena" wine. While you enjoy the tasting, you will be able to see the retail store located in the same factory where you can purchase any of our products.
