✅ Pick-up and drop-off included from all hotels and residences within Dubai city limits. Kindly provide your hotel name with full address and active WhatsApp contact at the time of booking to ensure smooth coordination and avoid delays. ⏰ Pick-up usually occurs between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM during winter, and between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM at the start of summer. During peak summer—from mid-June to the end of August—pick-up may be scheduled as late as 3:30 PM to 4: PM, depending on your location. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed on the day of your tour. For guests staying at Airbnb, private villas, or areas outside central Dubai (e.g., Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park, Silicon Oasis, Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams), pick-up may not be available or may require an additional charge. Please contact us in advance to confirm pick-up feasibility or arrange a nearby meeting point. If you are arriving on the same day via Dubai International Airport or Port Rashid Cruise Terminal, please contact us prior to booking to verify the nearest possible pick-up point and time. Please ensure your phone/WhatsApp remains reachable on the day of the tour for coordination.
