What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Look for the red mailbox next to the central entrance of the Euglena Ishigaki Ferry Terminal. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before 7:30 PM on the day of the tour.
Free pick-up service is available for guests staying in the southern area of Ishigaki Island (West: ANA Intercontinental to East: Fusaki Resort)! If you have a preferred pickup and drop-off location, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.
In front of Ishigaki Port Terminal A message with important information will be sent the day before the tour. If you do not receive it by the evening of the day before, please contact us via WhatsApp+81 80-9508-9146.
What to expect
Please read carefully for a safe and enjoyable experience:
Punctuality & Contact:
Be on time. Late/no-shows may be canceled with a fee. If delayed, contact us promptly.
Pre-Tour Confirmation:
We’ll send meeting info by the day before. Provide a Japan-based contact. No message by 6 PM? Contact “ISHIGAKI ADVENTURE PiPi” via ticket info.
Late Bookings (after 5 PM):
Meet directly at Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.
Participation:
Ages 3–59 only.
*Children aged 3 to 11 may be guided to use a more stable canoe instead of SUP depending on the sea conditions and the number of participants on the day.
If you’re concerned about your physical strength or have a fear of the ocean, please consult us in advance.
Gear & Safety:
Life jacket, fins, and mask required. Refusal may mean exclusion. Follow guide instructions.
Weather:
Runs rain or shine. May cancel if unsafe.
Preparation:
Wear swimwear. Use restroom in advance (none on-site). No alcohol allowed.
Time:
Meeting/end times may vary.
Showers:
Hot showers near terminal (ask guide).
Language:
Guided in Japanese or English. May be Japanese only.
