What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please be punctual and gather at the main entrance of Ishigaki Port Terminal (Look for the red mailbox next to the central entrance of the Euglena Ishigaki Ferry Terminal) Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before 7:30 PM on the day of the tour.

Punctuality & Contact:
Please arrive on time. If you are late without notice, your booking will be canceled and a fee will apply. If delayed, contact us in advance.
Pre-Tour Confirmation:
We will confirm the meeting time and place by the day before. Provide a contactable phone number or email in Japan. If you don’t hear from us by 6:00 PM the day before, contact us via your ticket.

Weather & Tour Operation:
Tours run in light rain. If unsafe, we may cancel.
Preparation:
Use the restroom beforehand (none on-site). Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.

Meeting/return times vary with season and conditions.
Language:
Tours are in Japanese or English. Depending on reservations, it may be Japanese only.
