What to expect

Step into our century-old family home in Monserrat, Buenos Aires — just two blocks from San Telmo — and make traditional empanadas from scratch around our family table. Here, kids take the lead.
Everyone has a role. Roll the dough, chop fresh basil, prepare the fillings and learn the traditional Argentine repulgue fold.
We'll make both classic beef and Caprese empanadas, so vegetarians are just as welcome at the table. When they come out of the oven, we gather together to enjoy them warm.
To finish, everyone shapes mini alfajores filled with Argentina's famous dulce de leche.
You'll leave with the recipes to recreate it all back home.
