Meeting and pickup
We’ll meet in front of a historic pink house with a large wooden door. That’s where we’ll be making our delicious empanadas!
What to expect
Kids take the lead while everyone gets involved: roll the dough, prepare the fillings, chop fresh basil, and learn the traditional Argentine repulgue.
Make two local favorites — classic beef and Caprese — so vegetarians are welcome too. Then, sit down around the table and enjoy your empanadas warm from the oven.
To finish, make mini alfajores filled with Argentina’s famous dulce de leche.
You’ll leave with the recipes to recreate a little taste of Buenos Aires back home.
