After boarding, our adventure begins with a stop at Ixlaché Reef, where you’ll enjoy approximately 45 minutes of guided snorkeling. Dive into crystal-clear waters and discover the vibrant marine life that inhabits this stunning reef.
Next, we’ll set course for Isla Contoy, a protected ecological reserve. Upon arrival, you’ll explore the island’s natural beauty with our certified guide, who will share insights into its unique ecosystems, birdlife, and conservation efforts.
Then, it’s time to unwind. Relax on the white-sand beach, swim in the warm, shallow waters, or enjoy a second snorkeling session near the shore.
After building up an appetite, you’ll savor a traditional regional meal, featuring:

On our way back, we’ll make a final stop at Isla Mujeres, where you’ll have free time to stroll through the colorful downtown, explore local shops, and pick up a few souvenirs before returning home.

Your adventure begins with a scenic boat ride across the Caribbean Sea, featuring a snorkeling stop at Ixlaché Reef—part of the second-largest coral reef system in the world.
Discover vibrant marine life, colorful coral formations, and tropical fish in crystal-clear waters.
Once on the island, you'll explore Isla Contoy, a government-protected sanctuary that’s home to over 150 species of birds and a rich variety of native flora and fauna.
After exploring the natural paradise of Isla Contoy, we’ll head to Isla Mujeres, a vibrant island famous for its powdery white-sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters.
Here, you’ll have free time to:

Wander through the colorful streets of the island’s charming downtown.

- In case of no show, it will not be refundable and there will be a charge for not showing up on the day of the tour or for cancellation the same day of the tour, in case of rescheduling you will have to pay the tour again
- People over 60 years old, people with surgeries will not be able to snorkel for health and safety reasons
- On this tour you will visit Isla Mujeres, if you are in Riviera Maya or Playa del Carmen the main dock to board the boat is located in Cancun, it is not located in Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya.
- Snorkeling depends on the weather and if it is not done, there is no refund or partial refund
- Due to operational and safety policies, snorkel locations may be modified on the day of the tour depending on weather or current conditions. In such cases, Ixlaché may be substituted with El Meco or the Contoy inlet, while still providing the included snorkeling experience. Please note that no refund or partial refund applies, as the snorkeling portion represents less than the total value of the tour and the activity is still provided at an alternate location of equal quality and safety. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to offering the best possible experience
- Date Change, and No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour, including last-minute requests made one hour or shortly before pick-up, cannot be accepted. Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show. In the event of a No Show, the reservation will be charged at 100% of the total tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, being available at the confirmed pick-up location, and arriving on time to avoid missing the tour.
