For shared shuttle pick-ups: Pick-up services can run slightly early or late depending on traffic and other passengers not being on time, therefore please be at the designated pick up point at least 15 minutes before your pick up time, and be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes after your confirmed pick up time before calling us so we can investigate any delays..

For shared shuttle transfers:
We collect passengers from all hotel and locations within Bansko resort area. After all passnegers are collected you will be taken directly to Sofia Airport Terminal 1 and 2.
