Departing from Pai town, this two-day rafting expedition will take you to the unseen wilderness of Northern Thailand. Paddle down the Pai river through the main Wildlife Sanctuary of Mae Hong Son province, on the most scenic 50km of river descent. You'll spend the night in a rustic jungle camp for an unforgettable wilderness adventure! This trip varies according to the season and water levels. End of the rafting trip we drive back to Pai town, arriving around 6pm.
Alternatively we can drop you off in Mae Hong Son town.
Not operated during dry season (February to May) due to low water level.

Walk up the staircases from the main road, where you see our large signboard. Please arrive by 8:30am. all geared up.

Paddle down the Pai river aboard our sturdy inflatable rafts, guided by experienced local captains. Timings are depending on water levels.

After a substantial breakfast, we board the rafts for the second day of our expedition. Spending the morning paddling sets of rapids through stunning jungle scenery, we stop for a pack lunch on the river bank. Continuing further down the river we pull out to the river bank mid-afternoon (depending on water level) where the rafting trips come to an end. After two days of adventure on the magnificent Pai river, we transfer by vehicle to Mae Hong Son city/airport, or transfer back to Pai with our support vehicle (covered pick-up truck “songtaew”). Note: Participants can choose to end the trip at Mae Hong Son airport (airfare not included).
