Participants will have the chance to explore two stunning valleys on bicycles! The first day, you'll discover the Chiang Dao valley, with it's impressive mountain, the Chiang Dao caves, and some hill tribes villages. The second day you'll witness authentic rural countryside cycling through the fertile Mae Taeng valley plain. Ride winding trails passing through rice paddies, farm land and plantations. Enjoy a cultural stop at the Wat Ban Den Temple, and some relaxation at the sticky waterfalls. Enjoy a rich cultural experience on this worries free, well organised guided trip. Everything is provided and a perfect tour for all cycling and nature enthusiasts.
Pick up at hotels/guest houses, hostels, within Chiang Mai city area. Outside the city, additional charges might apply, or pick-up might not be available. Please call (whatsApp/telegram) our office minimum 24h prior tour departure to arrange the meeting point.
Meeting with the tour guide at your Chiang Mai hotel and drive north to the Chiang Dao valley, our starting point. After a short briefing and bike fitting, we start pedaling undulating rural road and trails, eventually reaching the Chiang Dao caves (ride 15km). The imposing Doi Luang Chiang Dao (the country's third tallest mountain) is always in the background. After lunch, we visit the sanctuary caves then hop on the saddle for an exciting afternoon ride. Cycle (20 km) through rural countryside. We meet with our driver and transfer to the Mae Taeng valley for overnight and dinner at the hotel.

End of the cycling today and accommodation. (Twin share or double bed. Family rooms for 3-6 persons available. Or as alternative (our sister property) in individual bungalows.
Breakfast at the hotel. Set-off for a challenging cycling loop including off road trails along irrigation canals, and a forest trail. Back to the hotel for lunch. Afternoon easy cycling loop on rural paved road leading to the impressive Temple, where we end our cycling tour.

On the way back, a last stop is made to explore this fabulous and fun waterfalls, where you can stretch your muscles and relax. Return to Chiang Mai and drop off at your hotel/city.
