Our exciting class III-IV Upper Clear Creek river rafting trip provides an exciting experience for adventurous first-timers and experienced rafters. This continuous, steep, technical section will keep your paddle moving and your heart thumping as you crash through Class IV rapids such as Phoenix, Nomad, Fall River, and Outer Limits.

What to expect
There is just enough time to warm up before you drop into the first advanced white water rapid on this thrilling stretch of Clear Creek river rafting! Just minutes from Denver, this continuous, steep, technical section will keep your paddle moving and your heart pounding as you crash through 8 miles of rapids such as Nomad and Phoenix Holes and Outer Limits. As you marvel at the beautiful Colorado scenery, keep a lookout for Big Horn Sheep, river otters, deer and other native wildlife that are commonly spotted on many of our Colorado whitewater rafting trips. Only 30 minutes from Denver and one hour from Boulder, Summit County and Winter Park, Clear Creek is the perfect option for all ages and abilities and adds excitement to all Colorado excursions!
