We are located lagoon front. De Silva Wind Resort is well known by the locals and the Kitesurfing community in Kalpitiya for being the largest and one of the very first Kitesurfing and Windsurfing establishments in Kalpitiya. You will not have it hard to find us.

What to expect

We will be doing a 3 hours Kitesurfing training including equipment and instructor.
You can add up more hours if you need or rent your equipment and continue if you are able to do it your self.
