    Pick up from your hotel and drive to Kisumu yacht club. Here you will you will take a boat to Ndere island national park sailing for about 20 minutes. Ndere Island is generally a hill. After a kilometer of hiking, you will got to the top of the hill. Looking around, the views are overwhelming. From the viewpoint one can see distant Kisumu skyscrapers and part of Uganda. Ndere Island is a perfect spot for photography, camping, hiking and picnic events. There is also wildlife within the Island. The most common wildlife here is Zebra, Sitatunga and monkeys. You will then sail back to the shore for a drive to Kisumu museum

    The Kisumu museum exhibits focus on the natural and cultural history of Western Kenya. It features a collection of local flora and fauna, as well as a traditional Luo homestead. There is also a snake park in the museum, traditional luo homesteads and lots of luo way of living.

    After taking lunch in one of the luxurious hotels in Kisumu you will then drive to Kisumu impala sanctuary. Kisumu Impala Sanctuary is a holding area for animals which require special protection in this densely populated area. Impala Park Kisumu focuses on a small herd of impala, while the animal orphanage contains a collection of caged Lion, leopard, baboon, hyena, jackal, buffalo, cheetah, bushbuck, babbon and syke monkey. The sanctuary also provides important open grazing for the local hippo population while the threatened sitatunga antelope is believed to exist in the nearby swamps. A shady and peaceful place, with its abundance of bird life and picnic areas beside the lake Kisumu Impala Sanctuary provides an ideal refuge away from the busy Kisumu town centre. You will be driven back to your hotel/resisdence/airport.
