We offer pick-up service from select hotels in Canmore, as well as from a designated meeting location in Banff. Guests staying in Canmore may select their hotel for pick-up, while guests joining from Banff can meet us at our Banff meeting location.
The Banff meeting location is conveniently located on the local public transit route to the Cave and Basin parking lot and offers complimentary parking for rental vehicles. It is also approximately a 10-minute walk from downtown Banff.
Please note that, due to heavy seasonal traffic in Banff, we utilize a single meeting location to ensure timely departures and avoid delays.
