Meeting and pickup
Due to high seasonal traffic and limited parking, all Banff tours meet and depart from our Cave and Basin Parking Lot staging area. Please meet your guide outside the welcome building, close to the public bus stop for the Cave and Basin National Historic Site (follow the signs).
The location is a short 12-minute walk from downtown Banff or a quick taxi ride. We recommend contacting your accommodation for the best transportation options, as many Banff hotels offer deals or shuttle services for guests.
