Banff meeting location - Cave and Basin Parking Lot

The Banff meeting location is conveniently located on the local public transit route to the Cave and Basin parking lot, the parking lot also offers complimentary parking for rental vehicles. It is also approximately a 10-minute walk from downtown Banff.

Please note that, due to heavy seasonal traffic in Banff, we utilize a single meeting location to ensure timely departures and avoid delays.

Your guide will meet you in front of the Welcome Building benches closest to the Parking Lot and Bus Stop. They will have a clipboard and smile. Please let them know you have arrived.

    Wildlife Viewing: While wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, your certified guides monitor all current wildlife reports and lead tours to carefully selected locations with the highest chances of observing local animals. In Kananaskis and the surrounding Rockies, you may encounter a variety of wildlife, including elk, deer, moose, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, coyotes, foxes, and, occasionally, bears. Your guides provide expert insight on animal behavior and habitats, helping you enjoy the experience safely and responsibly while respecting the natural environment.
