The most beautiful way to experience the Cinque Terre. Cruise along the coastline at sunset on a small group boat, enjoy prosecco and focaccia on board, and watch the villages light up from the water.
Swim in calm, golden-hour light and discover hidden spots only accessible by boat, far from the crowds. Led by a local skipper, this relaxed and intimate experience offers a unique perspective of all five villages as the coastline becomes quieter and more magical in the evening light.
As the sun sets into the sea, we head offshore for a swim in peaceful, open water — a truly unforgettable moment. With limited space on board, this small group tour is one of the most special and memorable ways to experience the Cinque Terre.
From the train station walk through the blue roofed pedestrian tunnel to your right, and at the end walk down the stairs into the harbour. Our office is next to Dau Cila Restaurant in the marina
We depart from Riomaggiore as the late afternoon light begins to soften, giving you a stunning first view of the village from the sea. From this angle, the colorful houses stacked along the cliffs feel even more dramatic, glowing in the warm light. As we head out along the coastline, you’ll immediately feel the shift away from the crowds and into a more peaceful, relaxed pace on the water.
We cruise along the famous Via dell’Amore, following the cliffs that connect Riomaggiore and Manarola, before arriving in front of Manarola itself. This is one of the most iconic views in all of the Cinque Terre — pastel buildings perched above the sea, surrounded by rugged coastline. From the boat, you’ll have time to take photos and truly appreciate the scale and beauty of the village in a way that simply isn’t possible from land.
Continuing along the coast, we pass Corniglia — the only village not directly on the sea. Sitting high above the cliffs, it offers a completely different perspective of the Cinque Terre. As we cruise by, your skipper will share a bit of local history while you take in the quieter, more untouched side of the coastline.
We slowly approach Vernazza and glide into the harbor, one of the most picturesque spots in the Cinque Terre. From the water, you’ll see the village open up in front of you — colorful buildings, small fishing boats, and restaurants perched along the cliffs. This is one of the best photo moments of the tour, with a view that most visitors never experience.
As we continue toward Monterosso, the coastline opens up and the light begins to turn golden. This is the perfect moment to relax on board with prosecco and local focaccia while taking in the views. At the right time, we head offshore for a swim in calm, open water as the sun begins to set into the sea — a peaceful, unforgettable experience surrounded by soft light and the sound of the waves.
We begin our return along the coastline as the sun dips lower and the villages start to glow in the evening light. The colors become deeper, the sea calmer, and the entire coastline feels more intimate and quiet. Arriving back in Riomaggiore just in time for dinner, you’ll see the village at its most magical — the perfect ending to your time on the water.
