Practise yoga on a white roof terrace with the blue sky above.I will will lead you through a class that is energising and relaxing at the same time. During deep relaxation you will come to a complete rest. The perfect event to start or end your trip in the Algarve, to build in during your Faro visit, before or after a day at Faro beach as the class takes place half way between city centre and Faro beach.

Let us meet at Aldi at the Gambelas roundabout 15 min before the class starts.

Integral Yoga® integrates the various branches of Yoga into a comprehensive practise, that is accessible for everyone, independent of health and age. During our yoga class for absolute beginners, I will give you an introduction to yoga and explain why it is for everyone, independent of age and health. We will practise easy postures, learn how to go into deep relaxation, how to consciously use our breath to support us and finally go into a short meditation. The class will be adapted to your level and multilevel to suit all participants. At the End of the class, there will be time for a tea and a chat.
The style I teach is called Integral Yoga® , because it integrates the various branches of Yoga into a comprehensive practise, that is accessible for everyone, independent of health and age. For an easeful body, a peaceful mind and a useful & happy life :-).
