    Pickup is available from hotels and accommodations in the Hanoi Old Quarter, or at the Hanoi Opera House or Authentic Hanoi Travel Office, between 8:00–8:45 AM. The journey to Ha Long Bay takes approximately 2–2.5 hours by comfortable transfer.

    Please arrive at Tuan Chau Marina for cruise boarding no later than 11:30 AM. The cruise departs promptly at 12:00 PM. Guests arriving late will be required to arrange and pay for a speedboat transfer at their own expense to catch up with the cruise.
