Pickup is available at hotels located within Hanoi’s Old Quarter, or at the Hanoi Opera House for those staying outside the Old Quarter. The drive to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, including one short break along the way. Transportation is provided by luxury limousine or air-conditioned shuttle, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey before you board the 5-star cruise.

If you are not using our transfer service from Hanoi, please make your own way to the meeting point at Lot 16, Tuan Chau Marina no later than 11:30 AM. Late arrivals will miss the cruise and no refund will be provided. Upon arrival between 11:30 and 12:00 PM, you will be welcomed on board the Alisa Premier Luxury 5-Star Cruise with a complimentary drink. During this time, the captain will introduce the cruise itinerary and share important safety instructions before departure. This option is ideal for guests already staying in Halong or traveling independently to Tuan Chau Harbor.

At around 3:00 PM, the cruise arrives at the stunning Titov Island, a must-visit destination in Halong Bay known for its white sandy beach and panoramic views from the top. For guests booking the cruise from Hanoi only, after disembarking at Tuan Chau Marina, you will board a limousine bus for the expressway journey back to Hanoi.
