    For guests booking from Hanoi only: Pick-up is available between 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM at hotels/stays inside Hanoi Old Quarter. If your accommodation is outside this area, please head to the meeting point at Hanoi Opera House. The drive to Halong Cruise Port takes approximately 2.5 hours in a comfortable transfer.

    For guests booking from Halong Bay without transfer, please arrive at Halong International Cruise Port no later than 11:30 AM to check in and board the Ambassador Cruise – the largest luxury ship in Halong Bay Heritage. Proceed to the Ambassador’s Lounge, 1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City for registration. Late arrivals may be refused boarding by port authorities.

    After boarding the Ambassador Cruise, guests are welcomed with a short briefing at the onboard restaurant before enjoying a delicious buffet lunch with panoramic views of Halong Bay’s iconic limestone islets. The first excursion takes you to Luon Cave, where you can choose kayaking or a bamboo boat ride (kayak rental available at extra cost). Continue to Titov Island for swimming or hiking to the peak for breathtaking views. As the sun sets, the cruise anchors overnight. Guests can join a Vietnamese cooking class or unwind with Happy Hour drinks. At 8:30 PM, enjoy live music at the Piano Lounge (except Mondays) for a vibrant evening onboard. Overnight on the Ambassador Cruise.

    Hạ Long Bay

    Start your morning on the Ambassador Cruise with a peaceful Tai Chi session on the sundeck from 6:30 to 7:00 AM while watching the sunrise over Halong Bay. Enjoy a light breakfast with tea, coffee, and pastries at the restaurant before heading out to explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay, known for its impressive stalactites. Return to the ship for a buffet breakfast at the Ambassador Restaurant as the cruise sails through the stunning Bai Tu Long Bay. After breakfast, settle your bill, check out, and prepare for disembarkation. The cruise ends between 10:30 – 11:00 AM at Halong International Cruise Port.
