If your stay is outside this area, please meet us at the designated meeting point at Hanoi Opera House. Important Note for Guests Booking from Halong Bay: Please arrange your own transfer to Tuan Chau Cruise Port and arrive by 11:30 AM to complete check-in procedures before boarding. Late arrivals may be denied boarding by port authorities or incur additional fees. At 12:00 PM, guests will be transferred by tender boat from Tuan Chau Harbour
