Fort Charlotte was built by the British as a defense point to fight off Caribs, it's elevation is over 600ft above seal level and home to our signal station. visitors can see the canons and also have a panoramic view of the Grenadines.
Botanical Gardens is the oldest Garden in the western Hemisphere. It is also the home of the first breadfruit plant that was brought to the island by Captain William Bligh in 1793. Visitors can expect to see vast varieties of plants and also our national Parrot the Amazona Guildingii.
While driving through our Island's Capital Kingstown nicknamed the City of Arches where you can view more than 400 arches, there are few gift shops and souvenir shops. During the tour of Kingstown there will be two stops at the Roman Catholic Cathedral which is the oldest church in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Anglican Church which is the second oldest church.
