Mikumi Safari is a 2 days short tour from Dar es Salaam , which takes you to visit one of the spectacular's game Parks located in Southern Tanzania safari circuit set for daily and private departures . This is not any other than Mikumi National park where you will stay for 1 nights set for daily and private departures. The park hosts small and large mammals including variety of birds species and reptiles, accommodation can be at the standard at Tanapa Cottage on full board arrangements. You will enjoy and experience nature, wildlife, habit and habitat of the fauna and flora in the natural areas, also peoples and culture. 1Mikumi National Park
Day 1: Dar es Salaam/Mikumi National Park Pick clients from the Hotel at 5:00AM in Dar es salaam and drive to Mikumi National Park over the Uluguru Mountains, Arrival at Mikumi park for game viewing drive in the park till the sun sets . Mikumi National Park abuts the northern border of Africa's biggest game reserve - the Selous – and is transected by the surfaced road between Dar es Salaam and Iringa. It is thus the most accessible part of a 75,000 square kilometre (47,000 square mile) tract of wilderness that stretches east almost as far as the Indian Ocean. 2Mikumi National Park
Day2: Mikumi National Park/Dar es Salaam Morning after breakfast another game viewing drive in the park, animals commonly found Include lion, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra and elephants. The open horizons and abundant wildlife of the Mkata Floodplain, the popular centrepiece of Mikumi, draw frequent comparisons to the more famous Serengeti Plains. Lunch will take place in Mikumi, and after lunch you will proceed with game drive till the evening then drive back to Dar es Salaam Meals Plan: Breakfast & Lunch
