What's Included
Meeting and pickup
After leaving the main road and entering the farm gate, continue straight for about 600 meters until you see the house on the right. Your guide will be waiting there. Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you need help arranging a taxi, feel free to message us.
What to expect
We begin along a private paved road, ideal for getting comfortable with your horse before ascending to the top of the mountain, where you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of Volcán Barú, the Pacific Ocean, and the surrounding cloud forests.
From there, we’ll enter the enchanted forest of the finca — a peaceful natural area filled with colorful birds and, with some luck, monkeys or sloths.
The ride follows a calm, circular route designed for you to relax, take photos, and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
Our horses are well-trained and gentle, making the experience perfect for beginners and experienced riders alike.
You’ll learn to guide them safely while connecting with nature and discovering the forests that Finca Las Huacas protects.
It’s a unique experience full of tranquility, adventure, and unforgettable scenery.
