BODEGA DIAMANDES - CLOS DE LOS SIETE One of the most amazing wineries of Uco Valley to begin the day. Located in the prestigious Clos de los 7 vineyard, and Winner of the ‘best winery in the World for its architecture and gardens’ trophy, this incredible winery, concentrates the most modern technology of winemaking. You will taste 5 wines and 3 cheese varieties and discover all the secrets of the winery. Wineries may change depending on availability. Piedra Negra is the very first Estate of Uco Valley. A unique Know-How guided by the famous Lurton's Family, who, for 22 years produced fine whites with no commune varietals (Tokaj, Pinot Grigio, Viognier...) and very elegant reds. During your visit you will taste their best wines included some vintage and enjoy the beauty of Los Chacayes from the terrasse. Wineries may change depending on availability. 3Domaine Bousquet
On the way back to Mendoza, you will stop at Domaine Bousquet for a great lunch served in the most breathtaking view of the Andes. Owning one of the most famous organic wineries of Argentina, the Bousquet family hails from the South of France and has 4 generations of history in the winemaking tradition. Gaia restaurant is a contemporary bistro with a focus on organic ingredients designed by executive chef Adrian Baggio. Wineries may change depending on availability.
