Continue to the world-famous Niagara wine region and enjoy a complimentary tasting of Canadian icewine. Niagara’s unique geography and cool climate create ideal conditions for producing icewine from naturally frozen grapes, resulting in an exceptionally rich and aromatic flavour. Both white and red icewines are produced in the region. White icewine is especially known for its brilliant golden colour, often described as “liquid gold,” with distinctive aromas of honey and ripe fruit. Its naturally sweet, smooth, and refreshing taste comes from the concentrated sugars in grapes frozen on the vine, without the need to add extra sugar during production.
