What to expect

This is a premium, self-paced beverage lab built for travelers who want to go deep into Vietnamese coffee and tea culture, not just taste it. Instead of ordering from a menu, you get full access to a working brewing station.

Cross freely between traditional Vietnamese recipes (Egg Coffee, Salted Cream Coffee, Coconut Coffee, Cà Phê Nâu) and creative tropical fusions (Avocado, Banana, Peanut Butter, Mango). Move to the third-wave bench to pull espresso shots, practice milk texturing and latte art, or work the manual Flair lever and pour-over bar with rare single-origin beans. Round out the session with a guided Vietnamese tea tasting covering brewing ritual, regional pouring etiquette, and flavor profiles.

Throughout, an English-speaking barista coaches your technique and shares cultural context. The session closes with access to a boutique for specialty beans, loose-leaf teas, and brewing equipment.

Suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced home baristas. Plant-based milk alternatives and low-caffeine/decaf paths are available.
