You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

We pick our cruise ship clients docking downtown at Berths 1-4 at the end of their ships ramp. For cruise clients docking at Ward Cove we will pick you up at Berth 4, please take the shuttle from Ward Cove to Berth 4. Our in town guest will be picked up at the red steel bridge at 209 Stedman Street on Thomas Basin Harbor. Our guide will be holding a blue The Alaska Catch sign.

We meet our cruise clients docking downtown at Berth 1-4 near the end of your ships ramp. Our cruise clients docking at Ward Cove, please take the shuttle to the downtown Berth 4 drop-off. Our in town clients will be met at 209 Stedman Street near the red steel bridge on Thomas Basin Harbor.
