Departure from Marrakech at 9:00 am, through the green valley of Ourika, one of the most common excursions from Marrakech. In the valley is the imposing mountain of Toubkal (4,167mts) and a beautiful view of the peaks and valleys of the Great Atlas. The entire area is dotted with deep hidden valleys, ancient villages and mighty mountain rivers, where we can observe the local population in their daily life. Visit to the Ourika Waterfall. The maximum splendor of the valley occurs in the months of February to April, when cherry and almond trees bloom and the mountain rivers descend furiously, due to the melting of the snow accumulated during the winter. The Ourika Valley is an area with a strong pottery tradition and rich in ornamental minerals. Numerous small family businesses will not offer the opportunity to bring us a souvenir of the place.
