1. Our journey will take us to the Las Pailas trail, a 2 miles (3 km) loop that winds through dense rainforest and open fields. 2. The initial part of the trail offers exceptional scenery, leading to one of the park's most striking features: steam vents, also known as fumaroles. These are visible as significant holes in the ground, consistently emitting steam, accompanied by unique gurgling sounds and a distinctive sulfur smell. 3. Along the way, you may encounter white-faced monkeys, spider monkeys, howler monkeys, and a diverse array of bird species.

2Oropendola Warterfall
The journey to La Oropendola Waterfall begins with a short walk from the national park entrance, navigating diverse terrain until you reach the river. After a brief walk along the river itself, the path leads to the awe-inspiring La Oropendola waterfall.
