Unlike more challenging treks, the Ghorepani-Poon Hill trek is relatively moderate, making it suitable for trekkers of various fitness levels, including beginners or families. The well-maintained trails and gradual ascent reduce the level of difficulty.
The trail passes through the Annapurna Conservation Area, which is home to a variety of flora and fauna, including rhododendron forests (which bloom beautifully in the spring) and wildlife such as deer, monkeys, and birds.
