Today, we embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Jiri, the starting point of our trek. The journey takes approximately 7-8 hours, offering glimpses of rural life in Nepal, terraced fields, and distant mountain vistas. Overnight in Jiri, a charming town known as the gateway to the Everest region.
We begin our trek through lush forests, crossing several suspension bridges over rivers and streams. Pass through small villages inhabited by Rai and Sherpa communities, gaining insight into their traditional lifestyle and farming practices. Overnight in Bhandar, a picturesque village nestled amidst green hills.
Today's trek takes us through rhododendron and magnolia forests, ascending steadily towards Lamjura Pass (3,530m). Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains before descending to Sete, a quaint Sherpa village with traditional stone houses. Overnight in Sete.
Ascend through dense forests of pine and rhododendron, crossing small streams and enjoying occasional glimpses of Everest and Numbur peaks. Arrive in Junbesi, a Sherpa village renowned for its hospitality and ancient monasteries. Explore the local culture and visit Thupten Chholing Monastery. Overnight in Junbesi.
Today is a rest day to acclimatize to the increasing altitude. Explore Junbesi further, visit local monasteries, interact with monks, and learn about Buddhism. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Overnight in Junbesi.
Descend through rhododendron forests and picturesque villages, passing through farming terraces and grazing pastures. Cross the Dudh Koshi River and ascend to Nunthala, a Sherpa village with views of Kongde Ri and Kusum Kanguru peaks. Overnight in Nunthala.
Continue trekking through forests of oak and rhododendron, crossing several suspension bridges over rivers. Pass through Sherpa villages and terraced fields, enjoying panoramic views of the Himalayan landscape. Overnight in Bupsa, a small village with a welcoming atmosphere.
Descend to the Dudh Koshi River and trek along its banks, passing through picturesque villages like Kharte and Cheplung. Cross several suspension bridges adorned with prayer flags and arrive in Phakding, a popular stopover for trekkers heading to Everest Base Camp. Overnight in Phakding.

Today is a rest day to acclimatize to the altitude. Explore Namche Bazaar, visit the Sherpa Cultural Museum, and hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Alternatively, visit Khunde and Khumjung villages. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Trek through rhododendron forests with occasional sightings of Himalayan wildlife such as musk deer and pheasants. Pass through the village of Phunki Thenga and ascend steeply to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery with breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Overnight in Tengboche.
Descend through rhododendron forests and cross the Imja Khola River. Trek past picturesque Sherpa villages like Pangboche and Somare, with stunning views of Everest and other peaks. Arrive in Dingboche, surrounded by stone walls protecting crops from the cold winds. Overnight in Dingboche.
Today is another rest day for acclimatization. Explore Dingboche, hike to Nagarjun Hill for panoramic views of Makalu, Cholatse, Tawache, and other peaks, or visit the local monastery. Overnight in Dingboche.
Trek along the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier, passing memorials for climbers who lost their lives on Everest. Ascend gradually to Lobuche, with views of Nuptse, Pumori, and other Himalayan giants. Overnight in Lobuche.
Trek to Gorak Shep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. After a short break, continue trekking to Everest Base Camp, the culmination of our journey. Explore the base camp and soak in the atmosphere surrounded by towering peaks and the Khumbu Icefall. Return to Gorak Shep for overnight stay.
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views of Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. Descend to Gorak Shep and continue trekking to Pheriche, passing through Lobuche and Pangboche. Overnight in Pheriche.
Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche, cross suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, and trek back to Namche Bazaar. Continue descending to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. Celebrate the completion of your trek with your team. Overnight in Lukla.
