Join us for a full-day tour of the Furnas, one of São Miguel’s most captivating volcanic areas. Walk among smoky boilers, dive into thermal waters and enjoy stunning views. This experience is perfect for those who want to connect with nature and relax in a unique setting.
The stops include the Gorreana Tea Factory and Plantation, the "Véu da Noiva" waterfall in the Ribeira dos Caldeirões Natural Park and various opportunities to observe the diverse volcanic activity of the Furnas.
If you choose to include lunch on your tour, you will be served the most authentic dish of the Azores, the cooked of the Furnas, cooked in the volcanic soil of the volcano. Accompanied by a 100% local guide, you will spend the day on an excursion to the famous landmarks on the west side of the island. of St. Michael.

The unique gastronomy of the region is always part of the best tours and this is the time to taste Cozido das Furnas! Cooked for 6 to 7 hours in holes in the volcanic soil, the Furnas stew is one of the most unique dishes in the Azores.

Vila das Furnas is located in a valley known by locals as Vale Encantado das Furnas. Discover several boiling water boilers and several fumaroles in this area. You will have the opportunity to taste several mineral waters.
