What to expect

- For airport pick up : our driver will hold a sign with the guest's name at the exit gate of the arrival hall at the airport since their flight lands till he meets all the guests (1-2 hours) and drop them off at their hotel at requested address in Hanoi city.
- For airport drop off : Our driver will pick the guests up at the lobby of their hotel or requested address in Hanoi city and take them to the departure lounge of the airport (either domestic or international terminal depending on the guest's request)
