Sri Lanka is a country which is a home to 439 species of birds of which 236 are breeding residents, 203 migrants and the rest vagrants.
In addition, there are close to 200 seasonal migratory birds both terrestrial and aquatic, moving away from the Northern winter travelling from as far as Siberia. Exploring Sri Lanka in a Motor Home will give you a unique experience.

    Morning whale watching tour. Afternoon drive to Singharaja Rain Forest. Overnight stay at the forest lodge in Singharaja. Species often encountered: Bryde’s Whale (Balanoptera edeni), Blue Whale (Balaenoptera musculus), Sperm Whale (Physeter macrocephalus), Bottlenose Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus), and Long-snouted Spinner Dolphin (Stenella longirostris). Occationaly observed species: Short-finned Pilot Whale (Globicephala macrorhynchus), Killer Whale (Orcinus orca), False Killer Whale (Pseudorca crassidens), Risso’s Dolphin (Grampus griseus), Pantropical Spotted Dolphin (Stenella attenuata), and Striped Dolphin (Stenella coeruleoalba).
